Cancellation policy: Late cancellation (within 3 hours of the event start time) or no-showing with subsequent non-payment via PayPay within 24 hours may result in your removal from the group.

After the event, you may submit a review/evaluation. Please kindly rate appropriately as a low evaluation has an impact on the group. Things you should clearly understand in advance:

1. This event succeeds based upon the attendees (including you), not the organiser. The organiser simply co-ordinates the event. If you have an issue with another attendee, please inform the organiser directly. 2. Other participants might be weaker than you. You might need to be like a teacher to them if necessary rather than a conversation partner. 3. You will usually have four sessions of 25-30 minutes, and you will be in a group of just two or three people. We don't have large group sessions. 4. The organiser will announce the language for you to practice. Please only change language in order to help explain something quickly. 5. The number of participants is not guaranteed. However, we will not have large groups.
