🍁 This October, we’re trading the city streets for forest trails and heading to Beelitz Heilstätten - BAUM & ZEIT for a cosy autumn hike with Mango People.

Think beautiful autumn forests, a spectacular treetop walkway, panoramic views and the atmospheric ruins of a historic sanatorium.

And don’t worry, we’re keeping it easy! This is a short, relaxed, beginner-friendly hike, perfect for anyone who wants to spend a few hours outdoors without committing to a serious trek.

🍁 What to Expect

🍂 Explore the famous treetop walkway and observation tower.

📸 Plenty of stops for pictures, little breaks, and soaking in the autumn colours.

🌺 Optionally join a guided historical tour to learn more about the buildings and their past.

🥾 An easygoing pace. No hiking experience required!

🤎 Good conversations, new connections, and some lovely company along the way.

📅 Date: Saturday, 17 October 2026 🕙 Meeting Time: 10:15 AM 🚉 Meeting Point: S Bahn Charlottenburg 🌳 Hiking Location: BAUM & ZEIT, Beelitz-Heilstätten, Brandenburg

🥾 Difficulty: Easy-paced, beginner-friendly

⏰ Expected Return: Approximately 2:30–3 PM, including the journey back to Berlin.

🚆 Getting There: We’ll meet at Berlin-Charlottenburg station at 10:15 AM and take the regional train together to Beelitz-Heilstätten. Our planned train is the RE7, departing around 10:24 AM. The final train details and platform will be confirmed before the event.

*If you’re coming solo, don’t worry! We’ll all meet at the station and travel together*, so you’ll already have company before the hike even begins.

Please arrive on time so we don’t miss our train!

Train tickets are not included in the participation fee. If you have a Deutschlandticket, you can use it on eligible regional

🎒 What to Bring • Comfortable walking shoes with good grip • A warm jacket or layers (autumn weather can be unpredictable!) • Water and a few snacks • Your camera or phone for those autumn pictures 📸

A few things to know:

• Pets are not permitted. • The treetop walkway is accessible by lift and suitable for baby strollers. • Some historic-building tours involve stairs and are not barrier-free. • Entry into restricted historic buildings is only permitted as part of an authorised guided tour. • Treetop walkway and park admission: €17 per adult - not included in the Registeration Cost.
