About the event

Guided Meditation • Reiki • Crystal & Nepal Singing Bowls • Deep Relaxation The new moon is often a quiet invitation to pause, reflect and begin again. It’s about allowing yourself to **put it down.** Join JJ for a deeply restorative evening inside the peaceful atmosphere of Salt Cave Spa. Through guided meditation, Reiki healing and immersive sound vibrations, this experience is designed to help calm the nervous system, release emotional heaviness and create space for new intentions. This evening is for anyone feeling mentally overwhelmed, emotionally tired or simply needing a gentle reset before stepping into a new chapter. Allow yourself to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space. No experience needed. Just come as you are. You will be guided into stillness through a calming meditation, allowing your nervous system to soften and your breath to deepen. Reiki energy supports emotional release and energetic balance, while carefully chosen healing sounds — including singing bowls and subtle vibrations — help your body let go without effort. The salt cave naturally enhances relaxation, supports respiratory health, and creates a cocoon-like space where you can safely slow down, rest, and receive. This is not about doing more. It is about **letting go**, **breathing fully**, and **allowing yourself to be supported**. **This experience is especially supportive if you are feeling:** * Emotionally or mentally overwhelmed * Carrying stress without realizing it * Disconnected from your body or breath * In need of rest, grounding, and emotional clarity Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered. **Please bring:** A yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and anything to keep you cozy and comfortable.Watch the video below the page ( The space has been carefully designed for your comfort, with **6 zero-gravity chairs** that allow you to fully relax into a weightless state, enhancing the sound bath experience. **The Zero gravity chairs are first come first serve**. Please bring a yoga matt incase all chairs are taken and or if you prefer to lay on the ground.) The door will be closed right at 7pm, please come earlier to settle. **Salt Cave Therapy (Halotherapy)** Salt therapy takes place in a Himalayan salt cave where mineral-rich salt particles are released into the air. As you breathe in, these fine salt particles help:• Clear the respiratory system and improve lung function• Reduce inflammation and boost the immune system• Calm the nervous system and relieve stress• Detox the skin and energy field naturally **Sound Bath + Reiki** In this session, JJ will guide you through a meditative journey using crystal singing bowls and Reiki energy healing:• **Sound Bath** helps shift brainwaves into deep relaxation, soothing anxiety and restoring emotional balance• **Reiki Energy Healing** gently clears energetic blockages, activates natural healing, and promotes a sense of wholeness• **Guided Meditation** enhances focus and helps anchor your intentions during this powerful celestial window Together, sound and energy healing realign your body, mind, and spirit.Salt is also known for its grounding and cleansing properties, making it the perfect environment for inner peace and emotional reset. **The Power of Combined Healing** When salt therapy is combined with sound bath and Reiki, it creates a multi-dimensional healing experience: • Salt enhances the energetic clarity and cellular absorption of sound vibrations • The acoustics of the cave deepen the resonance of healing frequencies • Your body receives both physical detox and energetic renewal • You leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and spiritually reconnected [Have a quick peek of Salt Cave experiences ](https://youtube.com/shorts/mL-y9i_wNmg?si=zq33U6ly4s_C7xmB)
