About the event

This ancient Chinese art is an exercise for the health of your mind and body. The control of movement and breath generates internal energy and mindfulness. This class is designed for older women. To become a member of Newtown OWN, sign up before class by visiting the Older Women’s Network, or call 9515 8044.
