Tai Chi in the Garden
About the event
Gentle movement, balance and breathwork come together in a beginner-friendly Tai Chi class led by Silvia Salinas at Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Offered Wednesdays and Fridays from August 19 through September 4, the recurring sessions introduce the foundations of Tai Chi while remaining suitable for more experienced practitioners.
Salinas guides participants through fluid movements designed to support flexibility, strength, balance and circulation. Classes may take place in the Banyan Ballroom, on the Banyan Terrace or outdoors on the lawn, depending on weather conditions.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Water is also recommended. Class size is limited to 25 participants, and admission is $15 per person.
