About the event

Talk & Play is a free event that provides the opportunity to game enthusiasts, players and makers to meet in a friendly, relaxed and safe environment. Everybody's welcome, regardless of their background and knowledge level: if you've got any interest in games, we'll make sure you have a good time! This is NOT an event only aimed at developers.

The event is made of 2 parts:
• TALK: Game-related presentations + announcements from the community • PLAY: All participants are welcome to exhibit projects they've made

• 18:30 Doors open, project showcase starts • 19:30 to 20:30 Talks & community announcements • 22:00 Event ends

ADDITIONAL INFO
Since restarting the event in 2023 we have asked attendees to wear a face mask. This requirement feels incredibly anachronistic these days so at the end of 2025 we decided to drop the requirement. That being said, we ask everyone showing any signs of illness to be considerate and refrain from attending the event. FFP2 masks will continue to be available at the door and we support anyone who feels like wearing one to protect themselves and others 💜
