AI That Works

AI That Works: From HR Pilots to Business Impact AI experimentation in HR is accelerating. But for CIOs & CHROs, the bigger questions are becoming harder: Which AI use cases are actually worth scaling? Where should AI assist, where can it automate and where must human judgment remain firmly in control? And how do you move from promising pilots to measurable workforce and business impact? On 29 October, we are bringing together a closed group of just 20 CHROs at Conrad Bengaluru for an interactive leadership session designed around those questions. It is a working session built around practical frameworks, live AI use cases, candid peer conversations and shared learning across industries. What we'll explore Prioritising the right HR AI opportunities Use a practical framework to evaluate HR AI use cases and determine what should be AI-assisted, AI-automated or remain human-led. See AI-native HR workflows in action Experience selected real-world use cases and live demonstrations of how AI can be embedded naturally into HR workflows Benchmark your AI journey with peers Hear directly from fellow HR leaders about where they are experimenting with AI, the tools and approaches they are using, what is working, what isn't, Redesign work, not just processes Participate in an interactive exercise exploring how AI can reshape the way HR work gets done while preserving human judgment, accountability and employee trust. Take practical tools back with you Every participant will receive a CHRO AI Toolkit with frameworks and canvases to help assess AI readiness, prioritise opportunities and continue the conversation with their leadership and HR teams. Most importantly, this is an incredible opportunity for you to connect with your peers to exchange & learn on decisions pertaining to AI in HR and where it can drive a meaningful business impact. Attendance is by invitation and registrations are subject to confirmation.
