SPOOKY CROISSANT - Halloween Edition
About the event
SPOOKY CROISSANT — 17th October 2026 The Famous Masterclass | Halloween Edition | Two Sessions Available | Observatory, Cape Town | R 1,250 The technique is the same. The finish is anything but. In this Halloween edition, you laminate, fold, and shape your own dramatic croissants from scratch, guided by Chef Serena Obadia in her Cape Town kitchen. Dark glazes, striking colours, and the full professional lamination process — all built by your hands. You will work through hand shaping, the science of the layers, and a Halloween-specific bake and finish that makes these pieces impossible to ignore. This is not about watching. Every step is yours. During the session, our chef serves a freshly baked French snack. Premium professional-grade ingredients are used throughout. Every attendee receives an exclusive Komati Foods promo code, and the session opens with a cup of Dilmah Tea, our official tea partner. The group is kept deliberately small. This is a professional-world experience, made accessible to the public. Everything you make, you take home. Observatory, Cape Town Session 1: 10 AM – 2 PM | Session 2: 3 PM – 7 PM R 1,250 per person | Seats are strictly limited@creme.and.croissant
