The WORLD WEBTOON FESTIVAL (WEFE), the largest global festival dedicated to webtoon IPs — organized by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) — is making a stop in Paris on its world tour.
After Los Angeles and Tokyo, next up is Paris: WEFE Prologue Chapter 03. Paris sets up right in the heart of the French BD market, for a first-of-its-kind meeting between K-Webtoon and major players in the local industry.
📍 On the program: talks with Korean and French platforms and publishers, a showcase of top webtoon IPs (both French AND Korean), and a networking session to connect with future partners — publishing, licensing, joint events, it's all on the table.
