We invite you to join us for in person mindfulness meditation and community gathering. All are welcome regardless of experience. Guided meditation instructions are available upon request. This is a free weekly event. Donations welcomed!
The session opens with a few brief chants (in English). There are periods of silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation, contemplation practice and discussion. The last half hour there will be snacks and time to socialize. All are warmly welcome!
Meditation instruction will be available. People are welcome to arrive and leave at any time to fit their schedule.
Basic format:
20-minute Intervals of sitting and walking meditation. Meditation instruction will be available. People are welcome to arrive and leave anytime to fit their schedule.
