About the event
Help celebrate California's biodiversity and help inform the state's [30x30 initiative](https://www.californianature.ca.gov/) by taking a closer look at nearby nature and documenting your finds on iNaturalist!
Join our habitat restoration event at a beautiful San Francisco haven for native beach dune plants, the Balboa Natural Area. See how nature can rebound if given the chance! This neglected plot of land was restored by SF Rec and Park and now is home to a diverse array of plants and animals. We will be working to protect the area from invasives. Tools and gloves provided, water and snacks served at the end of the work party.
