Melbourne Makers' Market
About the event
The Melbourne Makers' Market is a curated showcase of the city's finest contemporary art and design, a destination for those who value craftsmanship, originality and exceptional making.
Discover a hand-selected line-up of artists, designers and studios presenting limited edition works, sculptural ceramics, fine jewellery, textiles and collectible design pieces, each curated for quality and distinctiveness.
Market day transforms City Square into a living gallery, with roaming performers, live music and more adding theatre to the experience. Set on Swanston Street in the heart of the CBD, it's moments from trams, trains and the city's best cafés.
Meet the makers behind the work, invest in a piece with provenance, and be there as Melbourne's newest design tradition begins.
