Kids Art Class: Animals in Art (Ages 6–8)
About the event
Learn to make all sorts of creatures as we explore animals in art in this class taught by artist Shannon Green. We’ll discover drawings, paintings, sculptures, and ceramics across several continents, and draw, paint, and use mixed media to create our very own creatures.
This program takes place across three Sundays: September 13, 20, and 27. The ticket price covers all three sessions. Parking validation and supplies are provided. Please note that parking validations are only valid for the Pritzker Parking Garage on 6th Street.

Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is canceled by LACMA. Please notify us immediately if a student is unable to attend so that another student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date. Art class tickets are not transferable to other classes.
