**🌿 Qigong and Etheric Energy Practice** **We meet at Kiosk Klein Kinderbad and will move shortly after 10:00 to a nearby practice spot: please arrive a few minutes early.** **Late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has begun.** **We will begin by practising the forms of Shaolin Ba Duan Jin qigong.** **At the start, you might find it easier to just learn the form, though I will also offer some pointers to support you in going deeper in the practice. When practised with awareness, the movements go beyond stretching, and you may begin to feel the movement of qi within the body.** **After going through the forms, which are the foundation of the practice, we will move to various exercises, with a focus on directly sensing and working with etheric energy.** **⸻** **✅ Meeting Point & Flow:** **Meet close to the Kiosk Klein Kinderbad.
