Get your body moving in a fun and different way in this 1 hour movement class. Follow the prompts or choose your own style while you build strength and flexibility. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome. Dress in comfortable clothing you can move in with bare feet or socks. To book contact the centre at afigura@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au. We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events.
