Saturday Morning Rise & Shine Run @ U-Village + Skratch Labs 🥤

Every Saturday morning we have a nice tradition of getting together and starting our day with a group run. Each week participants RSVP, post their goal distance and pace in the comments

1. to help determine what distances to map 2. allows others to see who they can run with of similar distance and pace.

Come find us at 7am every Saturday morning as we organize into distance and pace groups and review the route they are running each week. Find new training partners, meet new friends, and enjoy the benefits of running with others. Our weekly running routes and plan will be posted below each week, please review the route maps prior to the start of the run. Posting in the comments and arriving on time each will increase your chances of finding others to run. Thanks for running with us!
