Using agents and AI in product management
About the event
At ProductTank Copenhagen, we will explore ways to work with AI agents and AI as a product manager. We'll cover both building AI products and using AI in product management. We will explore two talks from two product leaders on how they are using AI in product management work.
TALK 1: Product in the age of the agents What is left of product management now that agents can easily and quickly build software, and that software also includes agents to automate things for users? Do we even need product management anymore? Now that the old constraint made by software development being expensive and difficult has gone away, the traditional essential job of a product manager, prioritisation, is no longer needed. You can just build it all! And the agentic software you build for your users can just do their tasks all automatically! Yay! Everyone happy. Or not? Companies at the forefront of agentic software development deal with two new challenges: agentic development of software, and the development of agentic software. When you can build anything, what does that mean for the rest of the company? And when your agentic product can suddenly do many more things fully automatically for users, how do your users and customers deal with that?
SPEAKER: [Hanna Zoon](https://www.linkedin.com/in/hannazoon/) Hanna has a lot to say on product management, and with a background in UX research on AI, has seen a few times how old skills need to be transformed and renewed to serve new paradigms. She is a director of Product at ZeroNorth, working to decarbonise shipping with an agentic product using machine learning and LLMs.
TALK 2: Customer Insights is the new Product Analytics How do you measure if a product is successful if you are not measuring adoption? This is where product analytics comes in. But in the age of AI (with easy interview transcripts and access to all business emails), customer insight is starting to play a similar role. You can learn and pretest ideas, and discover what to prioritize in seconds.
