On September 4th, 5th and 6th, Executive Chef Sergio Ledesma will pair his inspired cuisine with a thoughtfully curated selection of cocktails from Paradiso, Barcelona’s celebrated cocktail bar known for its inventive approach to mixology. Together, the experience brings two distinct culinary and cocktail perspectives to the table with a 7-course pairing menu, connecting the vibrant spirit of Austin with the creativity and craft of Barcelona.
