Mindfulness in the Garden

Guided through simple mindfulness practices, you'll engage your senses and experience the garden in the present moment. Focusing on what you see, hear, feel, and smell. Enjoy the benefits of spending time in nature, including reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of wellbeing and connection. Drawing inspiration from the changing seasons, each session explores a different way of slowing down, paying attention, and cultivating presence. These sessions offer practical techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life.
