Kundalini Yoga classes every Sunday at 10:30AM with Chris Maanas
Practice traditional Kundalini Yoga with a deep Gong relaxation. In every class with use breathwork, we move the body with energetic postures, calm and focus the mind with a powerful meditation and unwind and relax with the vibration of the gong.
The classes is happening at Fresh Prana Yoga studio. Recently opened in Wynwood area in Miami. The place has clean and amazing energy.
Booking in advance is not required but it would be highly appreciated.

Price now is $25 with a 2x1 Promotion for the opening month. After that will be regular $25 for a single drop-in class. Many other options are available for regular students that want to save.
