Jazz in /K met Jasper Blom & Evan van der Feen
About the event
Jazz in /K is one of the city’s best-kept secrets — and definitely one you don’t want to miss. Even better: entry is completely free. On Wednesday, September 30th, rising star Evan van der Feen brings his sound to one of the city’s coolest neighborhoods, together with saxophone legend Jasper Blom. The opening concert kicks off at 10:00 PM in Studio/K, featuring a lineup of special guests. Jazz in /K
On the last Wednesday of the month, something special happens in the hip Indische Buurt in Amsterdam East. That is when the Studio/K café transforms into a vibrant jazz club, where energy bursts from the stage during the regular Jazz in /K night.
It is one of the city's best-kept secrets — and one you'll want to miss, because admission is free!
Drummer and host Felix Schlarmann has been inviting the city's best jazz musicians for over 15 years for an evening full of improvisation and creativity.
Jazz in /K has grown into a fixture in the Amsterdam jazz scene and a cultural gem of the Indische Buurt.
