About the event

Healing Circles is a supportive and inclusive space to explore the emotions that shape our LGBTQ+ lives. Together with guest facilitator Melanie Lam and Kyle Neo, we will reflect on self acceptance, intuition, intention and how we respond to life through guided practices, shared reflection and Buddhist wisdom. Come as you are, whether you wish to share, listen or simply be present. This is a space to connect with yourself and others, while gently asking: What is your life asking of you now?
