Heartfulness is a simple heart-based meditation practice rooted in the Sahaj Marg tradition and supported globally by Shri Ram Chandra Mission (SRCM).
The practice is designed to help bring:

Unlike complicated spiritual systems, Heartfulness is practical, accessible, and easy to integrate into everyday life.
