Mushroom Walk @ Eggers Grove
About the event
This Meetup is with the Forest Preserves of Cook County. You will meet FPCC staff or volunteers onsite.
Join us for a fun fungal walk at Eggers Grove as we search for mushrooms and learn about these fascinating organisms. All ages welcome. Be prepared for a light hike on uneven terrain.
Your guide, DJ/Danielle, is a local naturalist and Survey Chair of the Illinois Mycological Association [https://illinoismyco.org/](https://illinoismyco.org/) She especially loves fungi and insects and volunteering to support our local ecosystems.
