Join Indre for a Vinyasa yoga class in English in Retiro Park.
There's no better place to practice than outdoors - come move, breathe, and soak it all in. We'll flow through a moderate-paced, breath-led Vinyasa class weaving together pranayama, dynamic movement and meditation. Indre invites students to move mindfully listening to their bodies, following the flow of their breath to come home to themselves. Plenty of options throughout, so all levels are welcome.
Important: Please bring your yoga mat, water and sunscreen. If you need a yoga mat, please get in touch in advance.
Place: Retiro Park. We meet at 10:20am next to Fuente del Angel Caido and walk to the spot together. If you are running late follow Google Maps pin to the exact location of the class:
