In 2026, the ARTIS Summer Evenings return to the park. From July to the end of August, ARTIS Park is open every Saturday until sunset. During the golden evening hours, amidst the flowering beds of the edible garden, emerging musical talent takes the stage in the Bandstand. During the Summer Evenings, you'll experience the vibrant ARTIS Park in a different light, where no two evenings are the same! Please note: The dates and times listed are subject to change. No evening is the same in a lively park Whether you come for the live music, the activities, or simply to enjoy the animals and the greenery, the Summer Evenings at ARTIS will make your summer special. Stroll among the animals at dusk, enjoy the birdsong, and the rustling of the leaves. The evenings last until sunset. Surrounded by golden-cheeked gibbons, Chilean flamingos, and the abundance of trees, flowers, and plants, a performer plays in the bandstand every Saturday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the golden evening hours, picnic blankets are rolled out and people dance barefoot in the grass. Besides live music, there is something special to discover in the park every hour: Take a walk through the park with the tour guide and listen to stories about ARTIS.
