Sing. Meditate. Connect. – Satsang in Berlin
About the event
Would you like to end your Sunday with some good energy? Sing mantras together, meditate, deeply relax, and meet an open and welcoming community in Berlin?
Then come join our Sunday Satsang at Art of Living.
We meet every Sunday at 7 pm for Satsang – singing mantras together, meditating, and enjoying the special energy that arises when people come together and truly switch off for a while.
You don’t need to know how to sing or have any experience with meditation. Just come along, join in, and see what happens.
Singing together is powerful, uplifting and fun – and at the same time, it can lead to a surprisingly deep sense of calm. But for us, Satsang is also about community: meeting interesting, open-minded people, laughing together, making music, and discovering a place in the heart of Berlin where you can step out of everyday life for a few hours.
What to expect:
• Mantra singing together • Music & really good energy • Meditation and deep relaxation • An open and welcoming community • Space to arrive, recharge and meet new people
Every Sunday \| 7:00 pm Art of Living \| Alt-Moabit 126 \| Berlin
