Today, we invite you to an English-language talk and interactive discussion exploring *The 3 Keys to Becoming an S-Human*: Consciousness, Concentration and Willpower.
Three essential abilities that can help us understand ourselves, observe our thoughts and emotions, break automatic patterns and turn what we understand into concrete action.
After the reading, we’ll open the conversation to share ideas and practice English and Spanish together:
• How much of our lives do we live on autopilot? • Can we learn to observe our reactions before acting? • What is the value of understanding something if we don’t put it into practice? • How can we train our willpower in everyday life?
