The Veranda Brasserie & Bar at the Hotel Sans Souci Vienna is expanding its culinary offerings with a new event format: the “Gourmet Evening.” The focus is on select producers, high-quality products, and an evening that brings together cuisine, craftsmanship, and personal stories.
Each culinary evening is dedicated to a specific culinary theme. Guests can look forward to a specially curated menu that highlights the quality, origin, and unique characteristics of the featured products. The evening is accompanied by fascinating insights into the production process, philosophy, and the people behind the products.
The format is intended as an invitation to consciously experience culinary delight - not just as a dinner, but as an encounter with origin, craftsmanship, and flavor.
