Discover why certain people trigger us so strongly and how understanding our reactions is the first step to freedom.
Oct. 27: How to Stop Taking Things Personally Learn practical methods to stay confident and balanced when faced with criticism, blame, or difficult behaviour.
Nov. 3: Learning to be Proactive in the Face of challenges Develop the inner space to choose wise responses instead of being controlled by anger, frustration, or hurt feelings.
Nov. 10: Change the Relationship by Changing Yourself Explore how transforming your own mind can improve even the most challenging relationships and bring lasting peace.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners of meditation.
No prior experience is required – everyone is welcome!
Adrienne is a experienced meditation teacher known for her clear, practical approach to Buddhist teachings. SPECIAL OFFER: Try your first meditation class for free!
