Is this your event?About the event
Turn laser cut waste into amazing wearable art! Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll transform discarded plastic waste and laser-cut acrylic offcuts into stunning, eco-friendly art pieces. Learn basic jewellery making techniques to upcycle materials that would otherwise end up in landfill. Using a mix of bright plastic, leather and plywood waste from our Makerspace, you’ll construct striking jewellery pieces such as earrings, pendants or brooches. No prior experience is needed – you will be supported by our facilitators during the workshop. Just bring your creativity and a desire to make a positive impact on our planet! What you’ll take home 1-3 pieces of upcycled laser cut jewellery Details: Bookings essential Experience level: all levels, no prior making experience required We think carefully about the suggested age range for our activities and this workshop is only appropriate for adults over the age of 16+ years.
