Join us for an introductory Nearu self-defence workshop in Midtown Toronto designed for adults of all experience levels.

This session will introduce you to the foundations of Nearu through practical striking, defensive movement, situational awareness, partner drills, and conditioning. The focus is not simply on learning techniques, but on developing the confidence, fitness, and ability to respond effectively under pressure
