Putting Down Roots/Creating Roots

There are already several groups on here focused on Expats making friends with other Expats and building a community together. We'd like to instead make a group for all newcomers to Lisbon focused on figuring out our new lives, neighborhoods, and neighbors. We'll discuss what has worked, what definitely didn't work, and the things that leave us confounded on a near daily basis even years after getting here.
