It became a landmark blueprint for modern indie and urban filmmakinge. It will playing for one night only at the Coolidge Corner Theater on Wed. September 9th. The film starts at 7:30 so we'll meet across the street at Otto for pizza.
Desciption: Chungking Express is a frenetic romantic comedy-drama written and directed by Wong Kar-wai. The film is split into two distinct, sequential stories about two melancholy, lovesick police officers in Hong Kong dealing with recent breakups and unexpected romantic encounters.:
