An Advanced honky-tonk two-step lesson every Sunday at 5pm at Sagebrush on South Congress. This class works technique, connection, musicality, and the turns that make two-step feel effortless. For dancers comfortable with their intermediate patterns. No partner needed. $10 cash at the door covers the lesson and the live country music after. Our Intermediate lesson follows at 6pm the same night. Honky-Tonk Two-Step is Austin's own style, best described as swing in the style of two-step. It is small-space dancing, evolved to fit Austin's dance floors.
