Mindful Discoveries @ 83 Killiney Road
About the event
Mindful Discoveries @ 83 Killiney Road offers a welcoming space to slow down and prepare yourself for the month ahead at the cosy German bistro, Bread, Beer & Brez’n.
Inspired by the changing seasons of each month, each session invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life through gentle mindfulness practices and simple reflection prompts, thoughtfully complemented by insights from Chinese metaphysics. Together, these offer a fresh perspective on the month’s energies while encouraging greater awareness, intention and presence in daily life.
What to expect: 🌿 Guided practice using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) principles. ☯️ BaZi & FengShui recommendations for the month. 🍵 Sensory mindful practice with German pretzels & tea. ✨ Small group, cosy setting
SGD 35 per pax per session
