Game Narrative Meetup - 10/2026

Let’s talk about all things narrative in video games! Narrative Designers and Game Writers of any level are welcome to connect in a relaxed, informal atmosphere over dinner. Together we can exchange experiences and knowledge about our craft, with the goal to develop and empower our discipline. We are planning this as a recurring event on Tuesdays, every four weeks. Do you work in an adjacent field or are you simply interested in what we do? To support interdisciplinary exchange we will admit a certain number of people for this purpose, depending on overall capacity. Regarding the registration questionnaire, our goal is to assess the expertise level and motivation of the participants, in order to facilitate a balanced, professional, and multifaceted conversation. We want to create a safer space. Please read our code of conduct and contact us if you witness a violation of that code.

Recording is only allowed after previous consent by the participants. Devices or items whose appearence might conceal or hide a recording functionality that is not part of their common uses, such as Meta AI Glasses, are strictly forbidden. The violation of this rule constitutes effective ground to exclude a participant from the current event and future ones as well. The venue might not momentarily accept card payments, so it is best to bring cash. The location is wheelchair accessible, although the bathroom might not be fully accessible with a wheelchair.

Wir planen dies als wiederkehrende Veranstaltung, die alle vier Wochen dienstags stattfindet. Arbeitest du in einem verwandten Bereich oder…
