🇯🇵Temple Yoga Experience Step into the serene and sacred atmosphere of a traditional Japanese temple 🛕🌿. Let your body move, stretch, and flow while your mind finds calm in this meditative yoga practice. 🧘What to Expect – Slow Flow in English – All levels welcome (modifications and adjustments always offered!) – Bring your own mat – Immerse yourself in the peaceful sounds, natural surroundings, and mindful ambiance of a temple setting -Solo participants are more than welcome! (Most of our guests come alone.) 【Time】 Come to the temple 10min before the class starts 10:30-11:30 RELAX Yoga 12:00 –meal together (not included) we will reserve a table at the restaurant and order food in advance so if you have food restrictions please let us know.
⛩️Contribution ・Drop-in 3000yen \| 4-class pass 8000yen (for 2 months) ・Rental yoga mat 500yen( mats are limited please let us know if you need one)

• Please be punctual; latecomers will not be able to join the class. • There will be no changing facilities, so please arrive in your yoga attire. • Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or heavily scented fabric softeners. • Please eat at least 2-3 hours before the class. • We are not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or theft. • Cancellations must be made by 2 days before (one day before 50%refund/on the day no refund) Please understand since we have limited spots

🧘 当日の内容 – 英語、日本語でのヨガ – 初心者大歓迎（必要に応じて修正やアジャストメントあり） – ヨガマットはご持参ください（無い場合はレンタルもありますので事前にご連絡お願いします） – お寺の自然や音、マインドフルな空間に浸りながらヨガを楽しむ – お一人での参加も大歓迎！（ほとんどの参加者はお一人です） – 英語初心者でも安心ください！

【時間】 開始10分前までにお越しください。 10:30-11:30 リラックスヨガ 12:00- ご飯＆交流タイム （参加費は食事代こみで1500円です） ヨガ後にみんなでご飯にいきます。レストランはこちらで選び事前に注文するので何かアレルギーがあれば事前にお知らせください。

• 時間厳守でお願いします。遅刻された場合は参加できません • 更衣室はありませんので、ヨガウェアでお越しください • 強い香水や香りの強い柔軟剤はご遠慮ください • クラスの2〜3時間前までに食事を済ませてください • 体調不良や怪我、盗難などに関しては責任を負いません • キャンセルは2日前までにお願いします（前日50%返金／当日返金なし） • 他の参加者がMeetup上で表示されなくても心配ありません！多くの方はMeetup以外から参加されます:)
