PATCH 002: TAP IN NFC LAB
About the event
PATCH 002: TAP IN NFC LAB is a hands-on event at the Pennovation Center where participants learn about NFC technology by reading tags, writing their own, and creating automations. Attendees decorate a keychain or other object and leave with a built item they understand. The event is free, doors open at 6:00 PM, and the program runs from 6:35 to 8:45 PM. No prior knowledge of NFC is required, and the event is open to all, especially Black, Brown, and LGBTQIA+ technologists.
