THE BODY LISTENS — Sound & Voice Training ✨
I’m opening the first small founding cohort for THE BODY LISTENS, a new immersive Sound & Voice training in Lisbon.
The training is divided into two levels:
LEVEL 1 — Foundations of Sound, Voice & Self-Practice
📅 26–27 September 2026
🕙 10:00–17:00 each day, including a 1-hour lunch break
A 2-day foundation intensive focused on experiencing, understanding and exploring sound for yourself.
We’ll dive into:
✨ Deep listening & embodied awareness
✨ Sound, vibration, frequency & resonance
✨ Sound and the nervous system
✨ Crystal singing bowls, gong & other instruments
✨ Voice, humming & toning
✨ Mantra & chanting
✨ Energy awareness & intention
✨ Self-healing and personal sound practices
✨ Guided sound journeys & integration
You don’t need any previous experience, and you don’t need to be a singer or musician. This level is for anyone curious about sound, voice, meditation, self-exploration and developing a deeper personal practice.
LEVEL 2 — Sound & Voice Facilitation
📅 October TBA 2026
🕙 10:00–17:00 each day
Optional continuation for Level 1 participants who feel called to work with others.
Level 2 moves from receiving and practising into creating and facilitating.
We’ll explore holding space, session structure, working with voice and instruments, dynamics and silence, facilitation language, safety & boundaries, emotional experiences, creating sound journeys and supervised practice.
You can join Level 1 on its own — Level 2 is only for those who want to continue into facilitation.
FOUNDING COHORT 💛
Spaces are intentionally limited to max. 10 participants so there is plenty of room for personal experience, questions and hands-on practice.
