About the event
Whether you are a seasoned hooper with a bag full of tricks or you have never picked up a hoop in your life, you are welcome to join us for our next Melbourne Spin Into Joy Hula Hoop Jam. This is an informal, low-pressure gathering where we come together to share space, learn from one another, and just enjoy the simple act of moving to music. We provide a supportive environment where you can practice your flow, pick up a few new moves, or simply have a bit of fun outdoors.
We keep things relaxed and inclusive, focusing on community and movement rather than perfecting technique. If you have your own hoop, please bring it along, but do not worry if you do not have one—we usually have plenty of spares to share. It is a great way to meet local people, get a little bit of exercise, and clear your head for an afternoon.
