Serendipity Island is a new participatory performance, celebrating play, connection and chance encounters
Artist Lina Lapelytė has created a maze-like installation, transforming the Turbine Hall into a collaborative stage. Create the work as you become part of it, moving through a grid of wooden barriers. You are also free to quietly watch the performance unfold, from the Turbine Hall bridge.Lina is interested in how individual sounds and actions come together to create music and choreography. Listen out for sounds that invite you to move or make a noise, and perform a series of actions that contribute to a ‘score’.
