Talks 🎤 Ashwin Using the Fyne GUI framework for building desktop applications If you need to build desktop applications for multiplatforms, the Fyne GUI framework is a mature open source alternative that has a strong ecosystem. This will feature on the strengths and weaknesses of the platform. We have been using this framework for building out a few of our internal tools.

🎤 Shaun O'Keefe Your call is important to us We're going to instrument your app so that user flow criticality is a first class concept, reflected in code. By adding metadata to endpoints so that they can self report which user flows they support, and accordingly, their relative criticality, we can set better SLOs, rate limit and drop traffic based on how important it is to the app, and even get your oncallers out of bed less! See how to add this instrumentation to your Golang app, and how to roll out these practices in your team.
