She completed her training through The Yoga Tree Coop, a program rooted in social justice, inclusivity, and accessibility — values that continue to shape her teaching and presence in the community. Her classes offer a slow, intentional flow that centers breath, body awareness, and choice. Jhannyn creates welcoming spaces where all bodies and identities are honored, and where yoga becomes a tool for healing, reconnection, and inner strength.
