Is this your event?About the event
AI is now part of how many of us write software, but there's still a lot to figure out. At Avanza, we use it in our daily engineering work and in systems that more than two million customers rely on. Some of it has worked well and some of it hasn't, and we'd like to talk to you about it.
Join us at our office for a couple of talks followed by interactive sessions, and lots of mingling.

0. Avanza Tech A very brief intro about Avanza Tech.
1. From Prompt to Production: Avanza’s Journey to an Agentic SDLC The software development lifecycle is undergoing its biggest paradigm shift in a decade. How does a modern tech bank adapt? In this talk, we’ll share how Avanza Bank is paving the way for AI agents inside our engineering organization. We’ll cover our immediate roadmap, our long-term vision for autonomous developer tooling, and how the Expansion and AI Platform teams are orchestrating this transition without sacrificing safety or speed. Speaker: [Fredrik Arvidsson](https://www.linkedin.com/in/farvidsson/)
2. LLMs in production: what we've learned so far EsterCare has been generating user-facing content with LLMs since early 2025. This talk covers the practical side: what works, what breaks, and the mistakes we'd rather you didn't repeat. *Speaker:* [Fredrik Wallenius](https://www.linkedin.com/in/fredrik-wallenius/)
19:00 - 20:00 - Interactive sessions on AI. Bring your own experiences\!
*About Avanza* At heart, Avanza is a tech company. Around 45 autonomous teams build the platform used by more than two million customers, and each team owns its services end to end. We're in the middle of a big transformation to Google Cloud and working out how AI fits into everyday engineering. Asking questions is encouraged here, and when something fails, we treat it as a chance to learn.
