Volunteer with Us: Eat Well, Live Well Food for Seniors + Sunset Trail

Inspired by the joy and warmth captured in photo from our last Bazaar event on 27Jun, we invite you to join us again for a meaningful evening of sharing and caring with 80 senior folks at Blk 170 Toa Payoh on 22 Aug ❤ This time we look for food near Toa Payoh MRT to support. Please let us know of any older hawkers incl small minimart and pop stores selling dinner/ dessert/ snacks you may know that need support to survive or promote their food. We hope to hear from you so that we can order the food in advance for distribution. After the event at 5.30pm, we continue with an easy 6.5km walk of about 90 minutes Sunset trail to MacRitchie, ending at Thomson for dinner. Let’s continue building a community that shares, cares, and grows together. Please read this: #1 – Attendance. This is a number-controlled event. Please come only if you are on the attending list. Please check your calendar and make sure you can come before RSVP, so as not to deny someone else who genuinely wishes to come. #2 – Punctuality. We will move out at 3.35pm sharp. We are not able to wait for latecomers. #3 – Early Departure. Please inform the Event Host if you need to leave early. #4 – Waitlist. Please note that the waitlist may not be processed in order. We may prioritize spots for participants training for upcoming hikes/ trips. #5 – Weather. In case of severe weather conditions, we will provide an update or adjust the route accordingly.
