Chair yoga
About the event
This 1 hour chair-based yoga class is suitable for all levels. The experienced instructor makes the class fun and lively and explains the benefits of chair-based yoga movements, like helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance. Movements have been adapted to be performed while seated in a chair. This class is held during school terms. We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. The Ron Williams Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, wifi, snooker and table tennis, tea, coffee, biscuits, sewing machines and books to borrow.
