A Creative Exploration of Feelings & Emotions

Autumn is a season of change. 🍂 The colors around us slowly change, the leaves begin to let go, and nature takes a moment to turn inward.

We often move through our days without stopping to ask, *“What am I actually feeling right now?”*

This time, let’s slow down and explore that question, through colors, images, or words.

Choose your color. Draw an image. or Write some words.

There’s no right or wrong way to express what you feel.

Then, if you feel comfortable, we’ll share what we discovered with one another.

🎨 At the end, we’ll explore the meanings and emotional state behind each colors, and see what our chosen colors might reveal about our inner world.

*Pause. Feel. Express. Discover*. 🍂

Things to bring: any tools to draw/paint, yourself & open heart 🤍 ⠀ ⠀ 👌🏻 세 번째 이벤트 << What Am I Feeling? >>

*Pause. Feel. Express. Discover*. 🍂
