Conscious Connected Breathwork Wednesday, 30 September | 6:30–8:30 PMAmara Moon, Hout BayR400 per person Limited spaces available This Breathwork session is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, release built-up tension and reconnect with yourself. Through a guided breathing practice, you’ll be supported to move out of habitual thinking patterns and create more space for clarity, emotional processing, presence and self-trust. No previous breathwork experience is needed. What to bring: Yoga mats will be provided, along with a limited number of pillows and blankets. Please bring any additional pillows, sheepskins or blankets you’d like to make your space as cosy and comfortable as possible. She is a transition coach, breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader who helps women move through life’s turning points with clarity, courage, and self-trust and reconnecting them to the version of themselves that feels most alive, grounded, clear and free. Elle is trained in both Conscious Connected Breathwork and 9D Breathwork, with over 300 hours of training in how to hold space safely for whatever arises. She guides women at their own pace, so that what surfaces can actually be stayed with and not rushed past or pushed into overwhelm, to slowly building the proof that they can meet discomfort instead of managing around it. This session is part of an every-other-Wednesday breathwork series at Amara Moon, alternating between Conscious Connected Breathwork and 9D Breathwork.
