2026/10/17(Sat) Bouldering Session for Beginners @Rocky Shinjuku Akebonobashi

Event for Beginners and First-Timers! Join us for some fun!

• This is a free bouldering session. • Don't worry if it’s your first time - everyone is welcome!

Gym usage fee:

• One day: ¥2,310 • Rental shoes: ¥300 • Initial Gym Registration Fee: ¥1,100 (includes rental shoes and chalk)

Schedule:

• We’ll be waiting for you starting at 5:30 PM. • 6:00 PM: Meet at Rocky Shinjuku Akebonobashi at the reception desk. • 6:15 PM: Bouldering begins. • 8:30 PM: Bouldering ends.

For first-time visitors to the gym, please arrive 15 minutes early. You’ll need to watch the 5-minute safety video provided by the gym.

What to Wear and Bring:

• Keep your nails short • Comfortable clothes • Short socks (for rental shoes) • Climbing shoes (if you have them) • Chalk bag (if you have one) • Drinks

1. One person per wall at a time. 2. Always climb down carefully or jump down onto the mat safely. 3. Do not walk or rest on the climbing mats unless you are climbing. 4. Warm up properly before climbing and follow safety guidelines. 5. Respect others: wait your turn and don’t distract climbers.
